Chef Maria Katalina Velez​ is our Executive Chef and her vision of great tasting food with special flavors will be found on our menu. Chef MariaKata has taken specialized courses in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Italy, and the United States and she continues to build her skills to share with you. Most imporantly her biggest influence has been her grandmother's passion and recipes. Chef MariaKata has been featured in several International and national publications and on various Food Network Channel programs. 

Chef MariaKata donates her time to support underprivledged children in Brooklyn and East Harlem by teaching cooking classes. Chef MariaKata is a Best Chef America (BCA) recipient where her skills were recognized nationally as one of the top 100 chefs in America in 2013.
